Refund policy
Each item in the shop is made just for you — printed and shipped by my trusted print partner. Because of that, I can’t offer returns or exchanges for things like choosing the wrong size or simply changing your mind. Thank you for understanding ♡
But! If something’s wrong — your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product — I’ll absolutely make it right.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect
Please send an email to hey@christinapencil.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A short note on what went wrong
I’ll take care of it — you’ll get a replacement or a refund, no stress and no extra cost.
If your order hasn’t arrived
Sometimes mail takes weird routes. If your package seems lost or way overdue, get in touch within 30 days of the expected delivery date. I’ll look into it and help sort things out.
Returns
Since every item is printed to order, I’m not able to accept returns unless the product is damaged or there was a mistake on my side. Please double-check sizes and details before placing your order — and if anything’s unclear, just ask me!
Wrong address
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly and the package gets returned, I can reship it — but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost. (Let’s both double-check next time!)
